Elite
Process Servers Corporate History
Elite
Process Servers, Inc. was formed in March of 1992 by Sam Berk.
Working out of his home, Sam started to cultivate clients and to
actually serve process himself. In September of the same year, Dan
Crespo came on board as a 50% shareholder in the Corporation and
active partner with Sam in all aspects of the attorney services
business. In September of 1992 the operation moved into its first
office space, 400 square feet, at 254-10 Northern Boulevard, Little
Neck, New York. The Process Serving business started to grow at
a pace that dictated finding larger quarters. New space was found
at 88-O8 Little Neck Parkway, Floral Park, New York 11001, and they
have been at this location since June of 1997.
During
this entire span of time, from the inception of Elite Process Servers
to the present, Al Crespo, Dan's father, has been a source of both
management and financial help to the Company. His active participation
as a full partner and hands on executive in the Corporation began
in 1994. However, he has been part and parcel of all major decisions
concerning Elite Process Servers since it's founding.
Elite
Process Server's future is bright with much new process servicing
and document retrieval business on the horizon. The greatest source
of this legal service business is the referrals that present clients
are giving to legal associates and friends The business of process
servicing is doing well with billings having quadrupled since 1993.
Now, Elite Process Servers has eleven full time process servers.
In addition, they have recently added online services to their computer
network that allow them to offer affidavit and invoice information
to their clients. With asset searches, corporate locations, plus
business, legal and investigative information, Elite Process Servers
is positioning itself to be a process
serving company that can offer a full range of support services
to the legal industry.
